I have recently come across a therapy system called Holodynamics that has been around for almost 40 years developed by Dr Vernon Woolf. You may not have heard of it however I believe that over the next coming few years there is a good chance you will hear some thing about it or better I hope some day when Dr Woolf maybe honoured with a Nobel Prize for his work towards humanity.

Holodynamics is a think out side the box type therapy with some amazing results achieved in some of the most complex of human problems it has been applied to. I am quite surprised that it has not been around in the media or been given any critical acclaim for the results it has generated. Holodynamics is very popular in Russia where Dr Woolf has spent many years teaching and implementing this system.

The reason I believe holodynamics has not been given much attention or focus to is because of its highly scientific and complex roots that is based in quantum physics. If you have seen the film What the bleep do we know - you will have an idea for what I am talking about.Anything that does not fit the normal protocol is laughed off. For example for years they tried to ban hypnosis and claim that it does not exist - if you are a fan of Richard Bandler you will be familiar with his jokes on the subject.

Using this System of Holodynamics Dr Woolf was able to wipe out a drug problem amongst youngsters in 6 cities. When he used the same system on mentally ill patients in a psychiatric ward he managed to discharge over 80% of the patients and have them integrate back into society.

So what is Holodynamics?

“Holodynamics is the application of holographics, quantum physics, developmental psychology, information theory and other modern sciences to the understanding of consciousness and the unfolding of life potential”

Holo meaning whole and dynamics - meaning power or dynamite.

So what is the basic premise of this system? Basically a person is treated as a multidimensional or holographic system of interconnected information. That may sound like quite a mouthful however we are basically a matrix of information. These information systems are known as Holodynes.

A Holodyne is also an issue or problem that one may want to work on resolving such as emotional trauma or addictions or any other blocks that stop one from progressing to become their full potential self.

As I am still learning the system I have written a brief outline below. The manuals I have purchased are extremely in depth and one needs to really think out side the box to understand this system. Most human beings are linear thinkers in terms of the fact that whatever is tangible in our lives will take preference to anything else that may be intangible but still true.

The First step of the system is to create a place of peace - some where in your minds eye of a tranquil relaxing place where you are at one with your self. You visualise and create this place so when ever you have an issue you will come into this place.

The next step is to make a connection with your Full Potential self - this others may term as your higher self a guide or higher intelligence. However in Holodynamics this FPS is you at your most capable - the part of you that is full and abundant and potentially fulfilled. They will be your guide to any of the issues and questions that you may have come to ask guidance for.

With the help of your guide you will call upon the holodyne to appear - this being the issue that you want to treat such as an addiction - and as strange as it sounds you basically converse with this issue and find out what it wants. This is called tracking - you ask a number of questions such as what its intention is for doing what it is doing to you, and what it gets out of behaving the way it is and you keep digging and digging right down to its core.

Amazingly you will discover that this issue has a positive intent for you that it craves a solution. This is what is known as potentialising the Holodyne - you introduce a full potential holodyne that has matured to the old issue. In doing this you basically give the holodyne what it has been craving all along for years and in that make peace with it.

I personally have been tracking myself and while I am no pro I have been able to see some amazing changes in my life. I am a great fan of Be set Free Fast and Holodynamics I feel will be the new big thing - thats only if you can have an open mind and think out side the box.

We can all use the Law of Attraction to attract what ever we desire in this life. However have you noticed that as soon as you are not intending your intention the internal dialogue starts over.

The constant negative self talk I have recently noticed that when ever I feel as if I may have the oncoming of a negative self talk I talk to my subconscious-telling it that I trust it and I know my subconscious will bring forth my desires quickly and easily in perfect order. These known as tail enders are the reason why the Law of Attraction does not work as there is too much resistance in your self.

We have to constantly be in a state of habitual knowing that what ever we set forth our intention for will happen. An intention without faith will not materialise, or if it is in the process it will be counteracted. Anchoring or setting up an anchor is a good way to combat this for example I have a prosperity ring that whenever I touch it I feel amazingly prosperous.

It will take time for our minds to fully accept change from years of habitual negative self talk however once it becomes used to new learning it will easily accept the suggestions.

The Manifesting Manual

It always amazes me how we are so consciously unconscious. All our thoughts feelings and emotions are on autopilot.

The trick is becoming consciously conscious. What do I mean by that? Well for example have you noticed how often our thoughts are either in the past or the future. Nothing is intensely in the present. How often is your focus on what you may be doing presently? A simple thing like making a cup of tea, notice where your attention is while you go through the streams of conscious autopilot.

I believe that being consciously on autopilot can be a great deceiver. While it is great to be able to do things easily as I mentioned making a cup of tea can be so natural to ones nature that we assign it an auto pilot response ie going through the motions of making it. How can this not always be beneficial?

Well we are embodiments of our emotions and paying attention to what is happening in the present can help you to create or shift the past patterns of thought especially if those thoughts are not self serving such as negative emotions.

Being present is one of the most important concepts I feel we need to embrace as it is all that we have. We can never have the past moment neither can we ever have the future moment as it is a holographic experience an illusion that we use as an excuse to escape the present.

Eckhart Tolle and Dr Robert Anthony both advocate that nothing ever happens in the past or the future it can only happen in the present.

The past was only experienced via being in a present moment and the future can only be experienced when that present moment happens. Time is relative.

Here is a good example to practice next time you are feeling some sort of negative discomfort just stop and focus on the present moment, don’t engage any negative emotions or feelings and notice what happens. The pain will almost subside. How can that be?

I would recommend you read the book The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle it is simply beautiful in the way he explains how we can identify what is happening in our lives by being present in the moment.
