If you’re like me not taking time out from the hustle and bustle of daily life can take its toll on our physical and emotional being.

Although I try to meditate regularly every day at least for 5 minutes. I have noticed that the more you can let go and quiet on the inside the stronger the mental state becomes making it easier the next time you meditate. The cumulative benefits are enormous.

It often strikes me that people are able to spend huge amounts of cash on a quick fix, such as spending time in hang outs such as bars. How often do we spend money on investing in our minds? There are amazing tools available on the market place that are inexpensive yet used equivalently can save one a fortune.

For example addictions are a prime example of our states not being in harmony. The emotional part of you is on the inside looking for a release to create the harmony it craves. Releasing stress is key in todays modern world.

Simple techniques such as sitting still for 5 minutes quietly is just as effective.

Try this out see if you can do this - sit in a place for 5 minutes and stop your thoughts while breathing deeply. How hard was that? Do you feel any different.

I like to think of the mind as an operating system - from time to time it needs a break to cool down. So close down all the applications and relax.

I am a great believer that what ever you project from the inside out will materialise on the outside. I use a number of techniques that I have found to greatly accelerate and help one achieve their goals.

For example if you are a procrastinator like me I always have the impression that I will do some thing tomorrow. So when tomorrow comes I again go into auto pilot and plan to do that particular task the next day - you get the picture.

So how big or small is this picture in your mind. Something that you desire to achieve should be in your mind as a big bright picture. Try this imagine a goal the end out come and make this picture big and bright - see how it feels. If it’s a goal that is causing you a lot of stress change the way you see it in your mind and it will disassociate with the normal mental patterns, hence allowing you a greater peace of mind.

So how have I overcome my procrastinating?

Firstly you have to recognise again it’s the automatic subconscious programs running. Now instead of getting frustrated by this thinking this can’t be changed, its how you speak to your self that makes the change. Joseph Murphy is his book the Power of the Subconscious mind gives a number of techniques to make peace with our unconscious mind. Lovingly and persistently stating affirmations such as “I am one with my subconscious mind and my mind knows exactly how to help me achieve the goals I have set out. I offer thanks and all is working for me in Divine order”.

I have enjoyed learning many methods that have helped me to stay focused and knowing that in the grander scheme of things my mind is accepting these changes slowly but surely.

Declarations Vs Affirmations

One of the techniques I enjoyed reading in Secrets of the millionaire mind is T Harv Ekers declarations. So what are these declarations simply put they are intentions.

Affirmations put in the present tense may not often work due to the tail enders associated with them.

For example affirming I am a millionaire may bring up tail enders such as

-no your not

- you liar

-I hardly have any money in the bank

-I have a crap job I hate
Therefore these statements them selves would be the key sabotager.

Making a declarative statement such as ” I have a millionaire mind” and touching your forehead to anchor that postitive statement in is much more effective. As words carry vibrations, and the thought will resonate a frequency that will go out in the universe bringing back the same to you - like attracts like.

Allowing your cells to resonate with the declaration.

So take some time today to put your hand on your heart and to declare “I have a millionaire mindset” then touch your forehead.

I personally when ever I look at myself in the mirror smile at the M sign I have on my forehead. I like to think of it as M for millionaire.

Invisible roots create the fruits.

T Harv Eker in his book Secrets of the millionaire mind talks about the fruits of our labour. The roots give birth to fruits that are visible. To bring forth better crops we must first nourish the roots - the invisible part of our selves.

It all seems very metaphysical, however in the realm of science we are all quantum particles, atoms, that are moulded together to give the illusion of a solid physical thing. So how real are we and where is this invisible part of us?
If for example you cannot perceive success and nourish the roots - then in deed nothing will ever come forth. Nothing in this world happens by accident. Your word is your law in this universe. Plant roots of success, peace and harmony and you will reap the rewards.

Talking to your self out loud while may seem stupid or even wierd is something that we should all do. Well think about it its ok to have an internal dialogue that says the most horriblest of things to us, only because no one else can hear it right?

By being in a state of talking out loud its easier to notice any tail enders happening internally, which can then be worked on. Its hard to identify a problem when we dont know that there is a problem. Little negative comments build up and up - as the saying goes the smaller details make up the bigger picture.

One of my favourite speakers on the planet when it comes to raising your wealth mindset is the electrifying T Harv Eker . This guy went from borrowing money on his credit card to opening 10 stores in 2.5 years selling it for millions.

How did he do it?

Well he realised that wealth is a state of mind and that your income can grow only to the extent that you do, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

His most famous phrase being “give me 5 minutes with any one and I can predict their financial success for the rest of their lives”

How can he be so confident that in deed he can predict some one financial future? It’s some thing that he calls having a financial blue print and an internal thermostat.

So what ever your thermostat is set for that is what will be the outcome of your financial success unless of course you can change from the inside out.

Have you noticed how people who win the lottery can lose their winnings within a matter of a few brief years? Why so? It’s because although they have come into huge wealth internally they have not set their thermostat to that level of wealth. The internal mind and the external conscious mind cannot harmonise the sudden change in temperature, a bit like I guess having a sudden fever.

In other words you can say they self sabotage them selves. Wealth is a mindset. Programming the mind for success is where it all starts.

So the question to ask your self is what is my financial thermostat? Are you sabotaging your self with the constant negative inner dialogue if you are its time to look inwards rather than out wards for the cause.

Every body wants to be wealthy and successful. Take some time to find out what that means to you because if you can’t enjoy the little you have today, you can sure bet that more money won’t be the solution.

 I have been reading this amazing book called your bodies many cries for water. The premise is basically we are made of up to 90% water and that our bodies are dehydrated. The technique they use called the water cure drinking half your body weight in water with a pinch of sea salt. The list of ailments go on and not limited only by the ones on the website. Drinking the minimum requirement is just not enough in today’s day and age. With all the external pressures our immune systems have to put up with it’s a wonder. Take care to drink plenty but in small doses i.e. once every 2 hours. 

Now that I am equipped all this knowledge of how to manifest, I want to test how easy it is for one to raise their vibration.

Simple things that we can do will be slowly but surely incorporated into our habitual ways of thinking and being. For example I have noticed how whenever I get the urge to sink back into a negative thought pattern, I will command my subconscious to treat the cause, its a technique called Be set free fast www.besetfreefast.com.

I have found that this therapy has had a profound affect on my emotions and the triggers that used to fire contstantly.

I would really recommend this therapy for people who are stuck in an emotional rut. As one cannot start the art of manifesting if there are too many emotional tail enders and negative internal dialogue.

Our brains are designed to operate at certain frequencies, depending on what you are doing You’ve probably heard of Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta brainwaves before, but did you know what they are these states.
